There is only one solution!

At times there seem to be a million problems and difficulties in all sorts of areas of our lives. Every person is different, therefore every single issue appears unique and we often say to our friends "you don't understand because it's not that easy! Wait till you walk in my shoes!" The big misunderstanding is that external circumstances or people can make us feel the way we feel. It seems our feelings and emotions are caused by those external 'facts' in life. But in reality the way any of our experiences in life is created, is exactly the opposite of what it seems. It comes from inside of ourselves. Always. 

As the late Sydney Banks pointed out, the power of Thought is the missing link between the external world and our perception of it which determines our experience a 100% of the time. Through the power of Consciousness any thoughts then come to our awareness looking so 'real' that we perceive them as facts. But don't take his word (or mine) for granted! Have a look for yourself, maybe you remember a situation where you saw things differently the next morning although 'factually' nothing had changed?! What changed was the way you happened to think about 'it' and as the whole creative process is powered up by the intelligence behind life your experience shifted naturally to more positive as soon as your state of mind raised.

So like in the 'one-point-perspective' all things go back to one point. Our state of mind in the moment. As soon as we calm down, relax or give ourselves a break, our level of consciousness raises and we see clearer and feel better. It's so simple. To find solutions to whatever issue, all we have to do is see that the creative process behind the scenes comes up with what we see as 'facts' rather than believing those 'facts' to be true and allow the natural 'mechanics' within us to default to a clearer mind where we have access to wisdom, creativity and the answers we seek. Naturally any issue will appear brighter. How can it be any easier?!

How real is real, really?

The other day I got lost in a copse. I mean really, it was not even a wood LOL it was just briefly and not very dramatic (looking at it afterwards). But none the less I went through the whole experience with real cold sweat, real wobbly knees and my heart really beating like crazy. Panic and fear instantly manifested in my body not only as feelings but also as real physical symptoms. Thank goodness I was only lost for a few seconds as when I realized I only had taken a wrong turning I quickly found my way back on track. The physical symptoms took a bit longer though to disappear so I took it really easy on my way back.

Now what made me have this seemingly silly reaction of panic and fear in a situation which was in reality not at all dangerous? Thought! I thought I was lost! While I was in it I thought this was real danger, hence the real physical reaction. When I woke up to the fact that there was no danger really, my mind cleared quickly and offered fresh thinking which led me to find my way out easily. Really, there was no real reason to believe my experience to be real, isn't that fascinating?

We do this all the time. We think and it appears real. But is it really real? As soon as there is a physical reaction it appears even more real. But is it really real?

It makes me think........... any physical symptom we perceive as real comes to our consciousness via our thinking. Anything we can EVER experience ALWAYS comes to our reality via our thinking. So how real can something be, when at any time our thinking can change? I mean, really?
