We are spiritual beings living in a human body, therefore our physical wellbeing is - just like our innate mental health - at the core of our moment to moment experience. It just doesn’t always look that way because we identify ourselves a lot with our body as if it was more than our temporary ‘vehicle’. Having the willingness to question our physical experience often leads to healing because we have the infinite potential to realise the non-personal nature of what is showing up as a symptom in our body.
