Who are we? What do we do?

Anne-Lise Grønvold had been successful for many years in the world of NLP but everything changed when her daughter, Nora, was born and she was left drained of all energy. However, as so often happens, this crisis heralded a transformational shift which totally changed her life, both personally and professionally. Her joie de vivre returned and with it, her strength and good health. She now shares this new, powerful understanding with women who want to harmonise a demanding job with a rewarding  family life.

In 2003 Katja Symons left Germany and a successful career in banking to move to Spain. But instead of enjoying her new life, she became chronically ill and was forced to reinvent herself many times over the following years. She finally got in touch with her inner self and began to share her transformational experience with others. Along the way she moved from poor to good health recovering from Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue and Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Katja learned "the hard way" and now empowers others to take a shortcut to wellbeing.
